Below is the job description and eligibility criteria for the job post. Apply for the job only if you are meeting the eligibility criteria.

Hiring is for various process hence the eligibility criteria is different.

Job Responsibility:

The candidate should be able to resolve queries and support the customer related to troubleshooting.
The candidate must have a customer-oriented approach.
The candidate should be flexible with shift timings.

Eligibility Criteria :

Below are the Eligibility criteria for various processes :

Graduates and Undergraduate both can apply for the job post
BTech candidates can also apply for the job post
Excellent grammar, comprehension, and verbal skill
Experience in content moderation will be an added advantage ( but not necessary).
If you are a technical graduate that will be a plus in your resume

Min 1 year of sales experience ELS

Prior experience in BPO will be an added advantage

Freshers are also welcome.

English grammar and writing skills, English language proficiency, familiarity with U.S . Culture.
The salary range will be 20k-40k (depends on experience and skills)
Besides salary PF and medical facilities are available
The transport facility is available (varies as per the process and shift timings).
The job Location is in Gurgaon, hence candidate should be available to commute to the office.
Candidate must be willing to adopt Work from office Culture.
The shift timing may vary as per the geo location and client requirement.
The candidate must have a full vaccination certificate which might be asked to present at the time of the interview.

Interview round:

There will be four (4) rounds of interview:

1. AMCAT: The first round will be an AMCAT test, which will asses the candidate's aptitude and communication skills

2. HR: Post successful clearing of the AMCAT test HR will conduct an interview to know more about the candidate

3. Ops: Post successful clearing of the previous 2 rounds the candidate will be eligible for an operations round which is primarily to judge a candidate on his learning from past working experience, product knowledge, and stability.

4. Client: The final round which is taken by the client may or may not happen because it primarily depends on process requirements. But just to give you an idea this is just a formal introduction with the client about the candidate selection.

Out of all 4 rounds, the client round is just a formality, which means if you are able to clear the first 3 rounds you are almost selected for the job role

Though all 4 rounds are easy to crack the AMCAT test is the mandate one and it needs to be cracked anyhow.
